I cannot say enough about the fantastic team of Matt, Cass, Molly, and Nick and the support they offer to each person in the gym. You feel that you are part of a family and that everyone wants you to achieve your goal(s). If you are feeling sluggish or your knees/back hurt, the trainers want to know to ensure that you are getting your workout in but doing it safely and with what you can handle on that day. Matt and Molly have also helped with nutritional support, significantly promoting better eating habits. “Small shop, friendly staff, yummy smoothies. I think I've only tried the Greek yogurt mango pineapple smoothie but even so I think it's delicious. I'll have to try some others to really get a good idea but I can't imagine any are bad because they're all loaded with sugar anyways. If you're going here thinking you're getting something healthy let me tell you that's almost never true with smoothies. They sound like a healthy option but are usually packed more with sugar than a soda or iced tea especially if you get the largest. This is a place to treat yourself for dessert which is fine. I've never had a problem with the staff and if I remember correctly I think they give a military discount which I almost always forget to ask for which sucks because they're on the pricer side.”
