(September 16, 2017, 7:25 pm)The cardio kickboxing classes are fantastic. I am definitely at a beginner stage but feel like the instructors are all helpful. You will leave a dripping puddle of sweat but will leave knowing you spent your hour getting a great workout in!

Everyone no matter how long they have been training welcomed me with open arms and have helped me along my journey. They all have become like family and I look forward to training every time I show up.
