He fixed it quickly and showed me how I can take care of it if it happens again. Second time at that store, both times Kyle, both times great service. Thanks!

(February 26, 2018, 3:55 pm)I have to say, I have had nothing but excellent experiences with the Verizon Store in the Parkesburg center. I have had the unfortunate luck to have two Samsung phones that experienced hardware issues. The folks at the store were kind and attempted to correct the issues before we went through the process of replacing the phone. Once it was determined the the phones were not able to be repaired, they made all of the arrangements to have the phones replaced quickly and easily. I have found their Customer Service to be outstanding and would highly recommend this sore and their staff to any Verizon customer who needs assistance.
