Great prices n great bike
I have been a customer at this bike shop since the mid-80s and continue to come here even though I have lived in Delaware County for the last 10 years. The service from Bob Jones and his team has always been top notch. That was never more evident than it was last Friday when I was stuck on the road in Audubon, PA after a freak incident that locked up the chain under the front derailleur. After sending Bob a photo of the problem, he called me back within 15 minutes with a solution to get me back on the road. That response is typical of the service I have come to expect here.
Friendly staff and competitive prices
Nice place to buy a bike. I received a discount for bike nobody could sell cheaper. There is also service corner in the back of store. People there seem to be very knowledgeable and i had no problems returning for warranty repair.
