Dr. Ana was so amazing! She went above and beyond for me in ways that a doctor has never helped before. For example, Dr. Ana suggested I visit an acupuncturist and lymphatic drainage massage to help with some of my most bothersome symptoms. But instead of just leaving ti there, she also spent extra time researching doctors in my area she felt I would really like and then provided me with their contact information to make that much easier for me to get the care I needed. This extra step meant so much to me; I often struggle with finding doctors. I get overwhelmed and panic easily when trying to determine what practice is best fo me, which usually ends in me postponing or avoiding it all together. Dr. Ana removed this very tall obstacle for me, allowing me to feel comfortable in moving forward with me treatment without fear. She is wonderful!

I am so grateful to the entire team at Sanare Today for helping my daughter when we didn't know where else to turn for help. The facility is gorgeous and so warm and welcoming. Mike was extremely caring and supportive and our daughter really loved the group.

I started the IOP program at Sanare Today earlier this year and all I can say is that I'm so thankful that I did. I highly highly recommend Kim Mason as a therapist. Kim is so caring, understanding, helpful, and patient.(She actually listens to what you have to say and tries to understand exactly what you're going through) Her group is very welcoming and helps you understand what self compassion really is. I also am very thankful for Dr. Newman again very helpful, very patient, and listens to what you have to say. Being 24 years old I was very nervous and hesitant about getting help. I can't express how grateful I am for Sanare Today.
