I have been a customer with Exton Nissan since July 2019, and I have received excellent customer service on every visit. Each time I have brought my Murano in for servicing, the work has been completed correctly and in a timely manner. Special acknowledgement bgoes out to service technicians Caitlin. Caitlin has assisted me several times over past year and has always delivered excellent customer service. Caitlin has taken the time to listen to my concerns and has always address each concern with an honest, fair and clear response. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced only by Exton Nissan because of Caitlin and the other professional service that I have received since purchasing my vehicle from Exton Nissan approximately three years ago.

Great customer service! We bought a certified Rogue, and brought it in for some initial service. They did great work, we will continue to bring our car back here
I purchased two parts for my husband’s Nissan Titan. I was very skeptical about putting the parts in correcting. A very nice gentleman named Dan, from the Service Department, came outside without hesitation, and installed the parts for me. He was also very nice to get rid of the empty boxes for me.
