  Ryan was recommended to me by a friend of mine who is one of his clients and has had AMAZING results. I needed someone to make me accountable and help me reach my fitness goals. He works with you and what your specific needs are for getting in shape. After 6 months working with him I couldn't be happier....I am stronger, have more energy and look forward to every workout.

  Ryan is an amazing trainer! If you are thinking about getting a trainer than you should contact Ryan. He will come up with the right plan for your fitness needs and goals and continue to help you get where you want to be. I've been with Ryan for a few years now and I still wake up sore after workouts because he is always adapting. On top of being a fantastic trainer, Ryan is just a great person. Friendly and easy to talk to. I can't say enough good things!

  I’ve been training with Schmidt off and on for almost 3 years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training twice a week for one on one and really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions and have upgraded to three times a week.
  
  Schmidt is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). He has been able to help me train with different goals in mind from overall being healthier to helping me train to complete my first Spartan race last October. My overall fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements not just in my fitness routine with being able to push myself harder, but my overall self confidence and energy outside of the gym have increased and for me that is invaluable. I do not dread working out like I used to do.
  
  There are two areas that stand out in Schmidts professionalism to me: 1) He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. 2) He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
  
  If you are considering a personal trainer give Schmidt fitness a shot, you won't be disappointed.

  My husband and I have been working out with Ryan for a few weeks and we absolutely love it. We each go separate and he really tailors your workouts to meet your goals. Our energy levels are up and we have started to see results! We can now go to a gym and use equipment without feeling intimidated. Highly recommend, Ryan is very passionate about his job and makes working out fun.

  It has been 2 months since I first signed on with Ryan... and I am 19lbs DOWN! He is amazing and get the results you want! But you never more than that, he works right beside you. Pushing you through to the next set. He provides a supportive and safe environment for you to achieve your goals! But most importantly YOUR goals are HIS goals, you work as a team! He is a very knowledgeable trainer, and just a great person! I can honestly say, not only has my weight changed, but so has my mindset. I was so fearful of gyms and public exercise... that my hands would shake! But now I stroll in there Like I own it! I am stronger and healthier than EVER! And I owe that all to Ryan!
