  I am a resident at Jefferson at Westtown and I want to compliment the office staff. They are always pleasant and and answer any question that I have with a smile. I appreciate the fact that they really care about the people who live here!

  We just moved into our new home in West Chester after 2 1/2 years here. Thank you Liz, Earl and the entire staff at Jefferson. My stay here has been a very pleasant experience and enjoyed the community so much.

  Since moving here in the spring I must say I'm extremely impressed. Moving from Ohio for a new job was stressful enough but the staff was incredibly helpful and the apartment is beautiful. I would definitely recommend Jefferson At Westtown if you are looking for a great place to live. J.C.

  For over 4 years I have lived in the Jefferson Westtown Apartments..
  It’s not easy to run an complex the size of this campus. I recognize not everyone can be satisfied to the extent we think we should be, but management and maintenance here are patient and top notch, going out of their way to please EVERYONE. They try so hard to satisfy and make living here a rewarding experience. Once a month they invite guests to a wonderful time at a beautiful new the main office – and, believe me, it is a wonderful time. Maintenance is excellent and very courteous. The management folks in the office are delightful and quite honestly I like to go there with small talk just to interact with them…albeit they are very busy. But they always take the time to smile and listen…fine people they all are…

  The maintenance staff here is great. I rarely have an issue but when something comes up I really appreciate how on top of things Earl and Dave are and how quickly it all gets resolved. Thank you!
