My back has been a problem for the last 30 years. The first significant relief that I have experienced has been a result of Dr. Richards' care. I would recommend anyone who suffers back or neck pain to visit Dr. Richards for his advice and, as appropriate, his care.
I have been in chronic pain for a very long time. I've seen different doctor's and was getting no where. My pain has gotten so bad that my quality of life was as if it's over. I got with my primary care physician (who is so AWESOME! ), and we decided to find another pain mgmt Dr. So we choose Dr Richards. And since day 1 with Dr Richards my life is getting better. I recommend Dr Richards to all who are in any kind of chronic pain.
Even though he couldn’t help me, he was very kind and helpful in pointing me in the right direction of who else to turn to. It’s not often that you find a doctor kind and generous enough to apologize for wasting your time. I would highly recommend anyone who is in need of pain management doctor for spinal issues and different types of nerve blocks as that was my understanding of his specialty. If you ever read this, Dr. Richards, thank you again for your kindness and help.
I feel bad that someone thought that waiting an hour is terrible. Sometimes a patient comes in and has problems that take more than the allotted time for the appointment. This person has been me on occasion and I can tell you that if YOU needed extra time with him, he would give it to you. This is a Dr. that cares about giving the best care to his patients.
