While waiting for a Friend's visit to end I asked Martin Langdon, ABOC, about the Glasses inventory. I was impressed.

My wife and I had our eye examination there, and we were both extremely pleased. The front desk manager was very friendly and informative, helping us get our insurance records on file. After the exam, she processed our co-pay and set up the next appointment. The doctor who actually did the exam was highly professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. The doctor furthermore conducted a comprehensive exam with state-of-the-art equipment, as you would expect from Wills Eye. The selection of glasses that they offer are contemporary. We will be back to get a pair from the gentleman. We can only say nice things about our entire experience.

I had my first appointment at the Paoli Eye Institute today with Dr Kanesa. Going to the eye doctor has never been something I looked forward to and I usually get very nervous and uncomfortable with anyone getting close to or touching my eyes but Dr Kanesa made me feel very comfortable and relaxed from the moment he came into the room. He also took his time with me to explain my eye condition using a diagram on a screen which no other doctor had done over the 20 years I have been going to eye doctors for this condition. What a breath of fresh air to be seen by a doctor that respects you along with having great patient skills that seems to come so naturally to him. His assistant Denise was exceptionally friendly, warm and caring and truly delightful to talk to…it felt like she was an old friend. I am thrilled this is a Wills Eye Hospital owned practice and that the quality of care here is exceptional and top notch. It’s a huge relief to have found them and a bonus they are so close to home!
