“Having truck used for work and play will take it toll on anything. I contacted Rich and spoke to Rich about the issues I was having with my 68RFE transmission. After setting it up to drop the truck off Tuesday morning and speaking to Andy a bit, I received a phone call from Andy Wednesday with a breakdown on what was happening. And a quote for getting my truck fixed up and back on the road. We also went with a few upgrades along the way to improve what the manufacturer should have done from the start. Rich and Andy were both great to deal with. Getting my truck turned around, rebuilt, and on the road by Friday. Excellent service and work, with very fair pricing compared to what you'll end up with elsewhere. Look forward to working with them if/when the time comes for more upgrades.”

“I always take my car to Quality Auto Services. The mechanics are professionals who know what they are doing and the owner Chris is FANTASTIC. As a woman sometimes I feel mechanics in the past take advantage of our not knowing the ins and outs of cars. I have never felt that way with the service at Quality Auto. Chris is upfront and honest about what is wrong with your car. He is never pushes you to get this or that done. He makes the suggestions and leaves it up to you. He even tells you if you want to think about it you can always come back. Today I went in because my car was making a horrible squealing noise every time I started it up. Chris had on of the mechanics take it in to the bay immediately. After about 20 minutes the mechanic returned and said he checked the belts and they were fine. He did notice the power steering fluid was low so he topped it off and checked for any leaks. He said he could not find a leak anywhere. Chris told me to bring it back in a week or two so they could check the fluid again just to make sure there's not a problem. I asked him how much it was for today and he responded with no charge. I said how can that be your mechanic just worked on my car for 20 minutes, his response was we didn't do any service except top of your fluid. I said please let me at least tip the mechanic and he said no way. If you want trustworthy mechanics and honesty from the owner then take your car to Quality Auto Services and speak with Chris. “I had a great experience with service king after receiving two estimates that told me my car wasn’t worth fixing. The staff at this location was helpful and accommodating. After finding a door from a junkyard myself for a great deal and traveling an hour and a half to pick it up, I was worried that its automatic windows and locks wouldn’t work with my manual ones. I desperately called service king and they initially told me it probably wouldn’t work. However, Lehia went the extra mile and called Toyota to find out for sure, called me back, and guaranteed me that it would work! In the end, my 2005 corolla is beautifully fixed for a fraction of what other collision shops estimated. I was thrilled to pick up my car a week after dropping it off, to find it meticulously cleaned and looking almost brand new. THANK YOU service king!!!
