Even though I was currently undergoing tx with another RE which I loved, they didn't offer a garuntee program which I needed for my own piece of mind. Dr Kallen spent approx. a full hour with me explaining all the ins and outs of tx. He was very patient and was very thorough with his information. I appreciated that he came out to the waiting room to greet me and take me back to his office and even though I was only there for a consult, due to where I was in my cycles he was able to do a scan and bloodwork that day. I also appreciated that he himself did my scan. I was then introduced to my own personal nurse Debbie who said she would be my nurse throughout the whole process and made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that i would be taken care of. Everyone was great there! I honestly didn't know what to expect and I really didn't want to leave my current RE but the experience I had with shady grove left me feeling confident that they would help my husband and I on this journey to conceive. I look forward to my future appointments with the staff at SGF!”

This was the best part of the visit in my opinion. Its good to have that face to face with your doctor before they "get down to business". As a new patient, I'm glad that I was lucky enough to have been referred to her. The staff is friendly. The waiting area is clean. The wait was not bad at all. They took me to the exam room at 11:01 and my visit was scheduled for 11:00. TALK ABOUT FAST! If you live or work in the area a visit to this facility is WORTH it!”
