We wanted a safe place for our mom who has dementia and needs assistance with medication and some of her daily living activities While looking for the best place for her, we felt Exton Senior Living had the most “home and family” feel. We felt such a friendly air as we toured and then as she became a resident we saw how caring and loving the nurses, the director, and the staff really are. Everyone is known by name And greeted with respect. The size of the facility is perfect. My mom is able to navigate her way around and there are many activities scheduled for her to participate in. The staff makes sure she is encouraged to be involved. Within her first week, she is already participating and feeling more at home. Amber has been extremely helpful and supportive with the process. Jackie the nurse, Stephanie at the front desk, the therapists, and Manny, who has been there for many years, have made all the difference in knowing she is going to get the respect, care, and attention we desire for her. Dr. Zucek and his staff were so gentle and understanding during his first visit, offering not only wonderful and knowledgeable care for Ziggy, but advice and caring for me as well.
