“We have lived here for nearly 10 years. At first, it was pretty run down and office staff over the years could be quite rude and non helpful. In the past year though, Norwood House Apartments has completely turned themselves around. They have begun renovating units, buildings, landscaping etc. Is this a luxury apartment complex? No...hence why the rent is somewhat lower than others. So for the rent that you pay, overall you get a good quality living. My only complaint would be about maintenance. The maintenance guys are very nice...however nearly every time they come out to fix something, they don't do it correctly or do it the entire way....so I have to end up calling to have them come out again. And it does take them longer than I hope to have them come out. Other than that, 5 stars.”

“I live around the corner from Highland Orchards (lucky me!) and I can’t say enough great things about them! From countless field trips, birthday parties, apple picking, pumpkin picking and an occasional run to them for cider donuts (omg don’t get me started on their legendary cider donuts) this is the kind of place that makes home feel like home. Over the years when I had spare time we go with the kids, feed the goats, pick something, play in the playground and depending on the season grab fresh flowers or produce and always bump into friends and neighbors. An instant pick me up at every visit. Staff are fantastic. The atmosphere is always fun. I just visited today to purchase all my teachers gifts-you know the apple theme with teachers. They have the best market for gifts. And gift cards! A season doesn’t change in our house without a visit to this orchard and market and a ton of memories are made every time. Please make a point to go and do not leave without a dozen cider donuts! 5 stars plus!!”
