“This place was so unique, from the decor to the menu options. The staff is extremely accomodating and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. The chef here is a master at layering sensations and gives each dish a complex flavor profile yet keeping it refreshing. The stuffed pineapple was insanely good. The cold, sweetness of the pineapple balanced the warm, spice to the pulled pork and the guacamole and cheese on top was the perfect savory way to compliment the dish. I would eat 10 of these if I could. The Mojito shrimp was also delicious with the same sweet/spicy layers of blackened shrimp and watermelon. I wish there was more mint and sauce and less blackening seasoning because it drowned out the other flavors. Although they were large shrimp, I don't think this dish is worth $17.50. I'm glad I ordered it but I probably won't again. Overall, eating here was a great find. I have Ulcerative Colitis and can't have gluten and my server Michael went above and beyond to make sure I ordered something that I would love and won't negatively bother my stomach. I live 1.5 hours away and would drive back down here just to walk around this town and have the chance to eat here again. There are so many more things on the menu I can't wait to taste! If you're thinking about eat here just do it, you won't be disappointed.”

“This is the first time we were back to Oori since the pandemic, and it was great to see that the food quality and service had not fallen off, like so many other restaurants. We started with the fried cauliflower, which was spicy and delicious. My wife got the Dan Dan Noodles. She said they were excellent and spicy! They came with a honey butter that could be added to calm the spice down a little. I got the blackened salmon with bok choy, and was very pleased with the dish. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the bok choy was delicious. Our server was friendly and on point with her service. We plan on putting Oori into our regular dining rotation.”

I ordered the soup which was entirely too salty and the crab cakes which was way too spicey. I could not eat the crab cakes!! Bring back the original chef. This cost you a star!! Wow, this has dropped considerably! Or a maybe ot was a bad night in the kitchen. This is a nice bar attached to a very good hotel. The service is good and the ambiance is good as well. “5 Stars is not high enough praise for Debbie Basile and her Waite staff. This past week I had to bury my Father 91 years old unfortunately for me my family chose to have the service on Monday. Nothing is open on Mondays. We called all around and no one open. Finally I called Spring Hollow and they were closed also but this wonderful woman listened to my plight and said yes she would open for a small group. We had the most yummy buffet for 25. I am so appreciative for what she did for me and my family, there are just not enough words. Thank you Debbie I’m sure you will see me again.”
