I think the kitchen has ironed out the kinks I have read about. We ordered the nachos with chili and guacamole, and they were massive and tasty. Chicken wings are huge, and they were juicy with excellent seasoning. Don't order the Big Pig burger lightly...it's delicious and enormous. I mean it. Tough to eat the entire thing, and definitely worth it. Management stopped by to check in as well...they're clearly working on fine-tuning their product, and I appreciate it.”

We try to meet on a Wednesday or Thursday to take advantage of the "Buck-a-Shuck". The oysters are always fresh and tasty. If you like Snapper soup - try it here. I attended a Bridal Expo at the Country Club just days after my engagement, just to get a feel for what was to come, and I knew that this was the place for me. I met with Kerry Connors, who was very helpful and down to earth. She made me feel at home! She showed me around and broke down what it would look like for me on my wedding day. I could really picture it, so I booked the venue a day later. Yes, I was an eager bride! But hey, when you know, you know! Its a beautiful venue with recent updates. Its a great space for all my guests and for me (since my fiancé and I will be getting ready at the club too). I'm truly looking forward to my wedding at the Downingtown Country Club.”
