“Our water main in the front yard broke and I called multiple plumbers. Some of them returned my call, but Chad with Barber & Sons was the only one to actually answer his phone the first time around. He also came out the same day to assess the issue and was super nice. He spent the time to answer our questions, talk to us about what he thought was going on, and clearly explained what the process would be to fix the problem. Within a day and a half he had a quote over to us with a breakdown & description of the work that needed to be done. This was a two-day job and they were on time both days and worked relentlessly in the August heat and humidity to make sure it was done properly and within the expected time frame. Chad and Jordan even took the time out during the work process to show me what they were doing and explain why they were doing it. When the inspector came out to assess the job half way through, he commented that the job looked great and was one of the best he had seen like this. When the job was ready to wrap up they did a nice job at cleaning up and doing what they could to ensure there wasn't a big mess left behind. Barber & Sons is a family-owned, local business which I prefer compared to the larger, more corporate businesses. They take pride in their work and it shows in their professionalism, customer-service and quality of work. Both my husband and I are very pleased with the quality and efficiency of the work they did and would hire Darryl Barber & Sons again in a heartbeat.”

“6/28/18 old pool system from previous homeowner went bad. I waited 2 years to fix the pool. I upgraded to a very efficient pool motor and the top of the line salt system, as well as a new DE filter. I am very impressed with everything about this company. Just take note this is a high quality local owned business! don't expect to notify them and have them come the next day because they have plenty of other customers to deal with because they're so good and reasonable. The owner actually came out to the job site to help finish with the two other guys that came earlier. All three were great! Thanks Erica for recommending the system!”
