“I wish I could give them 10 stars. I recently moved to Downingtown and was looking for a place to tune up my Cannondale. Firstly, the in-store customer service was excellent. Being that I'm new to the area, they sent me a PDF outlining some of the better riding here. Secondly, not only were the prices significantly less expensive than the competition, but when I needed a part replaced, they offered a lightly used part that they had in stock. They quoted me 2 to 3 days and were done in less than 24 hours. Finally, I'm extremely happy with the work they did. When I took my bike there, it was starting to have trouble getting to all of the gears... Now it's shifting through the gears like new. Downingtown Bike Shop will be getting my loyal service from here on out.”
