“We have lived here for nearly 10 years. At first, it was pretty run down and office staff over the years could be quite rude and non helpful. In the past year though, Norwood House Apartments has completely turned themselves around. They have begun renovating units, buildings, landscaping etc. Is this a luxury apartment complex? No...hence why the rent is somewhat lower than others. So for the rent that you pay, overall you get a good quality living. My only complaint would be about maintenance. The maintenance guys are very nice...however nearly every time they come out to fix something, they don't do it correctly or do it the entire way....so I have to end up calling to have them come out again. And it does take them longer than I hope to have them come out. Other than that, 5 stars.”

Their soups, sandwiches, and wraps are excellent, and everything is made with fresh, organic, local ingredients. I don’t do regular shopping here as prices can be a bit steep, but for wonderful service and products I don’t mind paying a little extra. I’ve purchased vegetables, cereal, chocolate, frozen foods, and personal care items like lotion, toothpaste, and deodorant, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and service.
