The children learn by inquiry, observation, and action, and after just one class they have acquired some team-building and self-esteem routines that are positive and meaningful... in English and Korean! ... without explicit or rote instruction. The classes are differentiated within the whole group; each child receives individual attention and motivation in every class but also gets the chance to lead or to be led by other students. The class discipline is balanced with kindness and fun, where the kids know simply by the Master's modeling when to be completely silent and focused or when to be boisterous and energetic, and there is attention paid to both aspects throughout each session. In short, as a mom of 4 children ranging from ages 7 - 18, I have never had a more positive extra curricular experience at such an early stage as I have had with this studio. I recommend it without reserve.”

“I visited this store about 3 weeks ago while travelling from out of town. I was welcomed at the door even though they were busy. Without neglecting his other shoppers, Mike introduced himself (what a gentleman), gave me his "nickel" tour, and took me to the genres that interested me most (poetry and art), of which he had a nice selection. Both new and used books were reasonably priced and I bought one that Mike personally recommended. I'm glad I did. This store is for book lovers. It has a nice tea, coffee, and pastry bar. It also seemed to be a meeting place for locals as there was more than adequate seating and at least two groups of folks comfortably chatting. In addition, this store carries merchandise such as bookmarks, book plates, book ends, and other items for book lovers. Great store, great location, great atmosphere, great service, and great books. You will love this place.”
