“Checked in past midnight after night audit was done, flagging me as a no show in the system. I should have called to notify the front desk but didn't and Melissa was extremely helpful in getting it fixed so I could get into my room and sleep. Room was very spacious, the AC blew cold and was clean for the price of the room. The king bed was more than enough to pass out for a few hours. Morning staff was friendly and there was a decent breakfast spread. Would go out of my way to stay here again.”

The minute we walked in for an admissions interview we were met with positive energy and smiles. This has continued throughout the school year. Jackie Tate responded very quickly and through some trial and error we decided her equipment was not suitable for this type of engraving. The serial plates I provided had a special coating on them which would prevent the results I was looking for. However, despite this little blip, I wish we were able to work together because her responsiveness, tenacity, and knowledge would have been very pleasant and easy to work with. “I can't overstate my recommendation for this place. While we went through a cancer scare I found the staff - from the volunteers to the admissions staff all the way up to the doctors - to be excellent. They were patient and compassionate and great at their jobs. The parking was easy, facilities were nice and level of care was great. But the what truly impressed me was while I sat waiting for my family's procedure to finish, I did not see a single patient wait for more than 10 minutes until they were called back. The admissions person even checked on me to make sure they hadn't missed anyone. That sort of care is just outstanding in our world of 3 hour hospital waits.”
