“Since they've redone the playground, this Park is a lot of fun for any age (even me)! There's plenty of great climbing and rope structures, a sand pit, and even a really fun zip line. You're going to have a blast!”

“Liked Dr. Cramer a lot. Patient, didn’t rush me, easy to talk to, answered all my questions, made me feel like an equal, knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, and not pushy about his recommendations. Highly recommend.”

“Worked with Dave Dilworth. Excellent results and very high quality. Dilworth's doesn't use any subcontractors, which was important to me because these guys stand behind every bit of work. The end result was most amazing. The before and after picts really let me see how amazing the transformation really was. Afterward, our kitchen looked like one that you'd see in a magazine. These guys are true professionals.”

“If you’re looking for an apartment with plenty of parking and a quiet, friendly, safe community, this is the place. The rent is a little high but the electric bill is fair and I didn’t notice much of a draft in winter. The windows are great, they even have a storm window in front (inside) of the window itself & a screen on the outside for summer. Compared to my last place, it’s perfect. That place I had to tape all the windows and patio doors. Unless your neighbors are having a loud get together with thumping music, you won’t hear them. Even then it’s just a little base through the wall and in my experience, is quiet again once everyone settles. Every once in awhile you’ll hear them go up and down stairs but overall, not loud. I’ve literally never heard an argument or anything obnoxious through my walls, my neighbors places I’ve been in, or while walking around the complex. Living on the top floor is a little quieter as you don’t hear the water running or toilets flush from the upstairs unit but if you have a respectful neighbor, that won’t be a problem. I try not to use any water or flush toilets between 11pm -530am because you hear the system run & bang when it stops. Only last for a few seconds and not much different than what you’d hear in a home but I’m sure it would still wake someone if they’re a light sleeper. I hear the downstairs neighbors shower when turned on and off, not much more. Again, it’s not very distracting. Shy of my old house, it’s the quietest/cleanest apartment I’ve lived in. I have yet to meet a neighbor who isn’t friendly and lots of people here own dogs. It’s a very pet/kid friendly complex. Guests have their own parking areas that are not directly in front of units and so far it seems everyone informs their visitors to use it. The snow and ice is handled immediately and summer maintenance regularly taken care of so everything looks nice. I personally have carpet & prefer it but some of the other units now have a hard floor. If you’re on the top you may want to add a throw to help the sound for neighbor downstairs, especially if you have young children. The management team is wonderful and trustworthy. While I personally didn’t have any major problems, those who have will tell you it’s fixed right away. As an added bonus, the design inside is well laid out & classy looking. It’s easy to set up your furniture without wondering how it will fit. While the rent is a bit on the higher side, they don’t gouge you for trash, water, etc.The only reason I marked it at 4 stars is because apparently in this town, you have to pay an annual school tax In addition to your other standard taxes. Ive lived a number of places In a number of areas and I’ve never had to pay school taxes when not being a home owner. Considering my 2017 bill was over $360 for the year, I thought it’s worth mentioning. Overall, Definitely a place I would recommend if you’re a respectful tenant looking to find others who are friendly with like minds.”

“Very kind, attentive and friendly staff. I had my first visit today and was surprised at how well my visit was handled. My procedure, along with everything else, moved along seamlessly and I was out of there earlier than I expected (in a good way). I will be back again for both the quick and efficient service and friendly staff.”
