Located in an old traditional house where each room seems to have a fireplace which matches the atmosphere of everything from candles, wreaths, table decor and so on. They even stock coffee from Roasted Pearl, a local coffee roaster. I got a bag of their Honduras and it was excellent.”

“Our service unit has had hayrides & bonfires here for the past five years and look forward to the event each year. We have had between 120-275 people attending without any problems. With a larger group, we were informed in advance that the hay wagons have to make multiple trips to transport us all, but our kids have always enjoyed playing in the hay maze beforehand or in the field waiting for the return trip so it hasn’t been a problem. The farm staff has always been accommodating and helpful in dealing with us. It’s true the staff do not supervise the bonfire but as we have many leaders trained in fire safety we’ve never felt the need for supervision. We also prefer to let the fire burn down a bit as it’s safer for little ones roasting marshmallows. The field is huge with lots of room for running and playing games far away from the fire; there’s a portable restroom available, and a couple of picnic tables. Our girls love it. Thank you, Bob and staff, for always welcoming us and we’ll be back next year!”
