I am quite satisfied with your office. I've emailed you a few times and received prompt responses with answers to all of my questions. I'd like to take this opportunity to say thank you for adding that personal touch to your services. It's rare to find a company that makes you feel valued in this day and age.

I am very happy with the service I have received from Allstate (this branch in particular). The representative I dealt with was very nice and helpful, explaining a subject that can get very complicated in a way I could easily understand. I was able to activate my policy the very same day I called to set it up, enabling me to drive my newly purchased car off the lot shortly after I got off the phone with her. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and not to mention all of the tools available to their policyholders to control their accounts and save money. Overall, a wonderful experience! Any kind of insurance can be a nightmare to navigate, especially auto insurance, but I couldn't believe what a breeze it was to set up my policy.

Maureen and her staff are always helpful and friendly. I am happy to have all of my insurance needs met by them.
