I drove up from New York and was really glad that everything I discussed ahead of time over the phone was accurate. There were no surprises - the car was in a great condition and the price was exactly what I was quoted. Drew who was helping me was very friendly and helpful and gave some great restaurant recommendations in the area:) I have had experiences in the past with slippery car dealerships that just wasted my time and their own time and it was refreshing to deal with this trustworthy place. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Ken Pollock Ford Lincoln.

I flew in from Michigan and they picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership. Everybody was friendly and the transaction was seamless. My salesman Zach was very professional and made sure I was comfortable. Finance department was very informative and very professional as well. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from them without hesitation. They will treat you like you are the only customer in the world.

(May 3, 2019, 8:24 am)Logan was very helpful. We went just to see what they had in stock and test drove the (used) 2018 Ford Edge Titanium. It was a great vehicle! The dealership was helpful in providing payment terms and monthly payments. We didn't end up buying that day as we are still shopping. But I will definitely consider buying from Ken Pollock Ford based on our first experience with them.
