(July 17, 2019, 11:46 am)Wonderful place! Terry is friendly and helpful. Lauren was wonderful and helped me feel at ease. She walks you through the hearing test so there are no surprises. I was suprised that my hearing was slightly worse than what another hearing aid place told me.

Lauren will go to all extremes to ensure your are fitted with the best hearing aid for your needs and she will work tirelessly to adjust the programming to your ideal fit. It is obvious her passion is about improving people's lives, not just making money.

(August 21, 2018, 10:06 am)I highly recommend The Hearing Place. We've gone to audiologists for more than 20 years. Lauren Gromel is by far the best. Lauren took extra time to make sure my mother knew how to insert and use her hearing aids. What was truly magical was watching her interact with my mother. After the visit, my mother said, "Lauren makes me feel good about myself."
We were given used hearing aids. The Hearing Place remolded and calibrated the hearing aids, saving us thousands of dollars. They are the best hearing aids she has ever had.
The Hearing Place worked to meet our needs. Other places we've gone to were just high pressure sales pitches with only one brand to offer.
Terri, the office manager, is warm and lovely. The whole experience made my mother walk tall and proud out of the office.
There is easy parking in front and parking behind the building with wheelchair accessibility. -
