  Loved our campsite and the hike to the overlook. I would say it was about 5-6 miles on the easier side and the views were great from the overlook. The bathrooms were really clean.

  Very easy to deal with. Booked online and when you get there you don't have to check in, just go straight to your campsite. My only bugaboo about this place is that you are essentially camping with everyone else as well. Every site is basically on top of the other... typical state park though I guess.

  Nice park. Very clean, nice spots for campers. Don't care for preset temperature in showers or that you have to keep pushing the button to keep the water flowing.

  beautiful excellent place to go to bring the family and just to chill out and relax for the day. You can either go for a hike or go for a swim or do both. It's beautifully surrounded by State Forest and it definitely is a lovely place to. The rangers are always willing to help with any questions.

  Visiting the Appalachian Trail Museum was awesome!!! Well worth seeing all three floors!!!! Great exhibits from past hikers!!! Also seeing the General Store and hikers participating in the 1/2 gallon ice cream challenge was so cool. Also visited Fuller lake and had a picnic and got my 91 year old Dad briefly on the Appalachian Trail....a dream come true for us to do together! Saw a young deer driving thru the park. A beautiful day with lots of memories!!
