  I normally travel a small distance to the Little Elm location where Nick is the Manager, but this time I needed to stay closer to home. So I visited the The Colony location and was very impressed. Ryan, the Service Manager, communicated throughout my wait and seemed to know what he was talking about. My truck was done in a timely manner as specified by Ryan. We even shared small talk while I waited. I recommend this location as well as Little Elm location.

  I've used Brakes Plus for several years. This new location is closer to me and more convenient of course. Same quality, honesty and professionalism with this team as with the old one up the road. They just do great work and back it up with honesty and a lot better than any David, Johnny or Tom neighbor could do for sure.

  Took my vehicle in for an oil change, air filter and state inspection after it had been sitting idle for several months.
  Trevor checked me in and was very transparent with cost, process and amount of time it would take to complete. Very professional, checked with me before acquiring needed parts and provided alternatives if needed for budget.
  Ryan reached out for a quick confirmation before proceeding with state inspection.
  Really great customer service by both Trevor and Ryan. Will definitely back to service my other vehicles and would highly recommend them for any service they provide.

  I went to them only to seek a second opinion but left as a satisfied and grateful forever-client! It goes to show that integrity does go a long way; I'm sure I'm not alone in not being able to fully trust auto shops... but Michael, Ryan, Trevor, and the rest of the team were absolutely awesome! I would give more stars if I could.
  
  To give context: I came from a dishonest shop in the area (hint: starts with an M) that said I had "20% left" on my brake pads... only for the guys here at Brakes Plus to show me (like allowed me to see for myself and used an actual measuring tool) that I had 8mm left, which is about 67%. They could've easily told me that they needed to be replaced and I wouldn't have given any qualms, but they told me that I didn't need to get them done at all. I ended up doing a wheel alignment with them. They patiently explained the parts, process, and gave me constant updates from start to finish.
  
  I will definitely be back to see them for almost all my car needs and highly recommend them to everyone! These guys made my day. Again, many thanks!

  Very personable and knowledgeable staff. The pointed out to me other work that he though should be done instead of what i thought need. There were safety concerns he point out that i had no idea existed. Due to his professionalism, courtesy and explain the issues in terms i could understand with out any pressure was what i appreciated the most. I will recommend this location (The Colony) to all my family and friends. I will certainly return if i have any other automotive concerns. Ask for Michael
