He was neither pushy or insensitive and very knowledgeable. No matter your circumstances, as each of us have unique life situations, he seemed understanding and forthcoming. I would recommend, at least calling, to get a quote prior to writing off due to a bad reputation with alternate insurance companies. You may be surprised. Satisfied and appreciative of the service.
