(September 9, 2019, 4:04 pm)We recently needed a clarification on my Aunt's diabetic medication while she was spending a week of respite care at a local personal care home. All of this happened at 3 pm ON A FRIDAY. Everyone from the front desk, to the triage nurse, to the PA who stepped in because my aunt's physician was not working that day, could not have provided more caring service. After getting orders from the PA, the nurse called the personal care home nurse and then took her time to also call me (I am my Aunt's medical POA) to make sure we were all on the same page. I know this was an inconvenience for all of them, but each one showed respect and care for us. They showed genuine concern for my Aunt and our situation. Thank you all. You made a positive difference in our lives that day.

(August 19, 2019, 6:47 am)The receptionists are always friendly both over the phone and in person. I have never experienced unreasonably long wait times here even though I typically go in the afternoon when doctors at other practices run behind schedule. I LOVE that they try to send me right back to the room if there is one available - I feel like this really cuts down on the spread of germs from being near others in the waiting room. I see Paige Kissinger and both she and the nurses are great! I feel like my questions/concerns are answered thoroughly and enough time is spent with me. My only complaints are the months long wait time for new patients to get an appointment; and the fact that they didn’t review my transferred medical records very well because they recommended vaccinations I was already up to date on and didn’t know to order bloodwork at my yearly physical.

(August 1, 2019, 4:43 pm)Dr palade Is amazing and takes wonderful care of myself and my family they have many other great providers they are often very busy and sometimes it's hard to get through but I understand why because the doctors Are in such high demand sometimes it takes a while to get an appointment but I am never disappointed with the care that I receive at my appointment I have no plans to ever change to any other provider

(June 3, 2019, 2:37 pm)Love this place, never had anything but great care here and that is very hard to find. Dr. Keefer is the best. Receptionists are also polite and curtious. The nurses you see before the doctor comes in are also kind and considerate. Top Notch Health Care!
