(September 23, 2019, 8:49 am)We bought our dream home with a detached garage but both had bad roofs. We called Biniek Speciality Contractors and they replaced both roofs on one day. They brought a dumpster and thoroughly cleaned up the nails and other debris as part of the job. We got an extended warranty with the job so we are good for the next 30 plus years, a very nice feeling. All aspects of the work, including the employees, were professional and courteous. We were given up front options with costs for each option before the job started and we chose the options we wanted. The final costs matched our options. The owner, Paul Biniek, was especially easy to communicate with and work with.
