(February 16, 2019, 8:25 am)On way traveling from New England to Atlanta the windshield wiper fluid in our Ford Expedition was not working and it was becoming much more difficult to continue on without being able to see clearly through the front windshield. We pulled over and off the interstate and came upon Parsons Interstate Ford. Immediately upon arriving and being greeted by Robert Miller (Parts & Service Director), Robert brought our vehicle into the shop and had it quickly repaired and back into our hands in a matter of minutes. We were not charged for the service as it was offered to us at no cost as a gesture of good will. I must say the staff at Parsons Interstate Ford went above and beyond and I will always think highly of them whenever my travels bring my past their store just off I-81. Job well done Parsons Interstate!
