  I've known Dr G. For over 30 years now. She has doctor-ed all my exotic babies in which include fur babies and feathered children. When other vets have failed me, she has ALWAYS come through with better diagnosis or meds.

  I saw Dr. Goodman today for the first time and I’m simply shocked at the outstanding quality of this visit! I’ve been to just about every other vet in Delaware County over the years and no one... absolutely no one has come close to Dr. Goodman’s quality of service. I’m simply blown away!
  
  I had a visit with her today for my 38 year old terrapin and she spent well over an hour with me! A lot of vets I’ve gone to spend maybe 20 minutes with you and they’re constantly running in and out of the room for this and that, but not Dr. Goodman. I had her undivided attention for over an hour and she was not going to let me leave there with a poor understanding of what was going on. She fully educated me in what I needed to know to keep my terrapin happy and also taught me how to give him injections because he needs them for a bit. I’ve simply never been so happy with a vet visit before and this is the first time I’ve left the vet and sincerely felt like I got what I paid for! I had a visit (which again was well over an hour), she ran 2 fecal tests, gave my little guy 3 or 4 injections of various vitamins and such, a full examination and still it was all under $200. I couldn’t believe it!!! I wish I would have known about Dr. Goodman years ago instead of spending $600 at Penn in 2013 for absolutely nothing except one x-ray!

  Dr. Goodman is an incredible vet with an awesome practice where she genuinely spends time with her clientele and gives you what you pay for. If you have either a bird or an exotic you need to check out her practice!

  Dr. Goodman saved our guinea pig's life!! He had been not eating and as soon as we first noticed we brought him to our local vet that has an "Exotic" vet in the practice. He was sent home with critical care and they said he had GI stasis. They put him on a treatment plan that did not work as it was not addressing the underlying cause. Since then he had been back 4 times and still no improvement. They even did a 'dental' procedure on him as we suspected it could be related to this. After over a month, the Exotic vet finally recommended we find someone else because they could not doing anything else for him. Our guinea pig kept losing his weight and we were doing critical care 4-5 times a day for over a month.
  Finally we got an appointment with Dr. Goodman and she was a lifesaver!!!. Dr. Goodman was 45 minutes away from our house but it was worth it. She diagnosed him properly right away. She said his tongue was trapped and also suspected an oral abscess by smelling his breath! We loved her old fashioned diagnosis and her experience and expertise. None of which our previous vet could do. Our previous vet did a full dental work up on him and basically said he didn't do much on him because he couldn't find anything wrong. Boy was he wrong! Dr. Goodman gave us an entirely new treatment plan. Within a few days after seeing Dr. Goodman our guinea pig started eating lettuce on his own. Now after a week he started eating pellets and hay. He is gaining weight slowly and I feel finally he is on the mend after over a month long ordeal. I will only take him back to Dr. Goodman even for annual visits. She is so worth the long drive and every penny! I highly recommend her. She saved our guinea pig's life!!
