Everything is seriously perfect from the actual gym itself, equipment, amount of people there (you don't have to wait for anything), the personal coaching you get is outstanding. And there are just a ton of cool people who go here. I'll seriously never go back to the YMCA again, love this place!

(May 19, 2017, 3:34 am)I've been a member of the gym for 6 months now and I'm faster, stronger, my mobility has improve 80% and better. Kathie is the best trainer in delco, she help me to re- define my work capacity. I recommend this gym to everyone.
