She is direct, knowledgeable and makes sure you are comfortable during the procedure.
I had two not so thorough IPL facials and truly felt like my skin was the same after these treatments. Then I went to Jen, and I felt as though there was improvement in just the one she did on my face after the process was complete. I will definitely be seeing her for my future treatments! -

With one treatment and only a few hours later I truly do see a difference! I plan making another appointment!! Thank You Jenn and Optimal Appearance for giving me some hope with blemishes and forehead wrinkles!!!!!
