  This was my first visit to this particular Verizon store and it was a positive experience. I was initially looking for a replacement cord for charging my phone and the salesman was very helpful. He also took extra time to answer several questions I had about phone problems that my husband has been having with his cell phone and also helped review our current phone costs. He offered some helpful information about changes we could make that could lower our costs. I would definitely recommend this place.

  Best customer service!!!! Tom Crockett made everything so easy—upgraded my iPhone in no time and took care of the setup details. Had me walking out ready to go with a phone I love and hooked me up with a promotion on the hum. Customer for life now.

  Steve and Tyler did a terrific job getting me my first smart phone , very effortless for me , answered all my questions and were patient with me as going over all the new things my iPhone can do. They helped me set up all my new accounts. Would highly recommend and will come back again, I didn’t think this would be as easy as they made it.

  Tom Crockett was extremely helpful. He took extra time with me and never got annoyed that I was so technically illiterate. He explained things in detail and in a way I could understand. I will definitely look for him when I come back to the store.

  I went into the store today not expecting to get a new phone, but after a conversation with Tom Crockett I was sold on CLN iPhone XS Max. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me set up my new phone and waited VERY patiently while I backed up my old phone before leaving. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future and I am looking forward to working with Tom again!
