  I have eaten at many sushi places/Japanese restaurants in different areas of the country (and world!), and I have never been to one that served such fresh and delicious items as Masamoto. The spicy mayo was made on the spot, the house salad was fresh and a nice size (enough for two to share), and the spring rolls were clearly just made (never frozen) with fresh vegetables. We admired the freshness of the vegetables in our meals. I was also impressed at how my remaining sushi was nicely packaged to take home- complete with fresh ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce. Will definitely be returning!

  Sushi rolls were very fresh and quite tasty. Prices were about average. Service was OK initially but the waitress was nowhere to be found.

  Great service from our server and the staff there The uni sushi was quite fresh and I liked the Peking Duck entree however the eel roll was cold (meaning the eel wasn't cooked fresh). The chicken in the chicken Pad Thai I didn't think was so fresh as well and the taste was a bit more sour than I expected. I thought their edamame was quite fresh as well and we got it without any salt.

  4 1/2 ⭐. The sushi is always fresh and tasty. Their rolls are inventive. The service is always good. We keep going back because we've never been disappointed. BYOB.

  First time there: friendly wait staff, casual atmosphere to bring kids yet still special enough for a date. typical prices. sushi rolls were delicious - I love that they use less rice! They have a great variety of sushi rolls as well. It's BYOB with a $3 bottle opening charge. Will definitely go back.
