(December 11, 2018, 12:10 pm)I took my 2006 SRX in a few times after purchasing from a family friend. Because it was a new car, there was a lot that needed to be fixed. I was happy with the service that I received at Ruggeri, however, I sold the car and purchased a new Ford because the maintenance on an older Cadillac was much more than anyone should spend. NOT the dealerships fault, but it needed a lot of work that I wasn't willing to spend thousands on.

(June 15, 2018, 11:29 pm)They say you're like family and mean it. Not only did I get a great deal, I had great communications with Deb, my sales person. I bought a used car, an 8 year old DTS and they made any issues (as you may expect to occur with an 8 year old car) right. In addition, I've brought the car in for service and my Service contact, George was incredible with timing and communication. When a subsequent issue arose after service (which ended up having nothing to do with the service they performed) one of their shop guys, Carl even met me on a weekend to help me with it. I had my two toddlers with me, and he was understanding and helpful. I honestly can't say I had anywhere near this positive of an experience with a dealer. BUY AND SERVICE WITH CONFIDENCE! I am so happy to be part of the Ruggeri Cadillac family as a customer.
