We had a horrifying experience with Fred Bean Ford. They disassembled our tailgate for a repair…we paid them….then flat out refused to put it back together…the whole 3 month ordeal was like a nightmare out of the Twilight Zone.
Garnet Ford and other came to our aid and made things right. Dave in the Service Department attentive, trustworthy, and responded in a timely manner. I am deeply grateful for his dedication to outstanding customer service.

The service team (Jimmy specifically) was very helpful resolving a complicated and expensive repair issue. The service team worked with Ford to help reduce my out of pocket costs tremendously and get work done as quickly as possible. I was very happy with their communications and responsiveness. Bought a brand new 2022 ford edge at garnet ford recently traded in a 2010 ford edge the guys at garnet were so easy to deal with. Vincent gori our sales guy was so professional gave us the test drive first then ran all the numbers with lease and finance side by side all before he ran my gf credit. We opt to buy on a 6 year loan Vince stayed a hour past close to finish the deal I'll never goto another ford dealer again. I bought my first truck from murphy 😬 sorry when I'm ready to buy my next truck ill be at garnet that's a fact. Thank you Vince and garnet ford it was a real pleasure you guys are awesome.

Had a great experience at Garnet Ford. Shout out to Chris M. for being in contact via email and text and Rob for having the paperwork organized when I got there. Entire process (although extremely short and efficient) was hassle free. We’ll see if the truck gets passed down to my son but I’ll likely be back in 5 years either way for another one!
