She took the time to find out what I was looking for....I did show her a few pictures and we discussed them, she asked what I liked and disliked. I LOVE MY NEW HAIR!
The salon is immaculate, professional, I was taken on time, there was no feeling of being rushed, I felt comfortable (that is a big deal as I am always nervous when it comes to going to hair salons).
I highly recommend Michele and her staff.
