Garnet made the car buying experience a breeze. Rob, Steve, and Margot especially went out of their way to help us get set up in our new car. We had specific things we wanted in our new vehicle, and Rob and Steve were able to answer our (many) questions honestly. We never felt rushed, and they were very patient... we even had our one-year old in tow and they were fantastic with him. Buying a new car can be a stressful experience but Garnet really puts customer service first. Margot helped with the financing and was a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with our new car and with the service Garnet provided!

Garnet Volkswagen’s service department always goes above and beyond. From the time I scheduled the service appointment through the time my vehicle was being serviced, I had constant communication about my upcoming appointment. My vehicle was serviced the same day that I made the appointment for and was ready in the time frame that was provided. My vehicle was returned to me clean and the paperwork written with all of the details of the services completed. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone that cares about exceptional service and upfront communication!!! I will not service my vehicle with any other dealer!!

Excellent dealership, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Joe was fantastic at helping us test drive and select the perfect new vehicle for our family. The trade-in and purchase process was quick, seamless and enjoyable. Looking forward to having the free maintenance services over the next three years at this dealership! Highly recommended and thrilled that this dealership does not charge over MSRP like many other dealerships in the area! Huge selling point combined with the no-pressure sales process.

If anyone is looking to purchase a new vehicle we highly recommend going to Garnet Volkswagon. We just recently purchase two new vehicles from Garnet Volkswagen. The service is outstanding at this location. From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave you are made to feel like family. Jordan was our sales person and we cannot say enough nice things about him. Friendly - knowledgeable - easy to speak to and can't seem to do enough for you. Margot helped us with all of our paperwork and yet another outstanding experience and truly went out of her way to help us and to also make sure we understood everything. Margot is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and a very kind person also. Steve was also extremely helpful in helping us with the financing portion Jordan, Margot and Steve are all really good people and just a pleasure to do business with. We cannot say enough good things about them all Our experience was truly a pleasant one. This is truly the place to go to purchase a new vehicle. No pushy car sales people there. 8/29 UPDATE: updated to 5/5 Stars... Tim (Service Manager) and Brandon (Service Advisor) went above and beyond to address the issue initially mentioned. Initial message was never relayed. They offered a pretty big discount on my most recent service to compensate for the previous mistake, and stood by their word when it came time to check out. They even offered me a loaner car to use for free while my car had major work done (We had a trip planned and only have one vehicle). Highly recommend this dealership because of their professionalism & genuine concern for the customer. Tim & Brandon are fantastic and I've been going to them for years!

8/22: Garnet Volkswagen has had most of my business in the past, but they scratched up the paint on my custom wheels and never called me back to discuss. Not sure if the message was ever relayed to the Service Manager. I will continue going to Garnet VW because they have made things right in the past, but this is unacceptable. I will be calling again to discuss & see how this can get worked out. I offered to send photos, but no response or call back. Please reach out to resolve this.
