This is the first dealership that during every visit has shown care for their customers and making sure they are taken care of. Personally, I always feel taken care of and thought of as a top customer when I walk in the door. My recent visit, I felt that my needs for what I wanted in my car purchase were taken into consideration without the typical selling tactics you find at most dealerships. I have been a customer for almost 5 years and hope to have the same great experience going forward.

(November 22, 2018, 2:00 pm)I purchased my first VW this week, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. We had been looking at the Atlas for a few months, knowing after our first test drive that it was the family car for us. Matt was great about keeping in touch with me while we prepared to buy and waited for our Toyota Highlander lease to run out. When we were ready to purchase, Matt was nice enough to work out a deal over text/call because my daughter was sick that day. I came in that night and took the vehicle out for another test drive, and signed my papers to lease. Came back the following Monday to work out the finances, and took my car home. Matt and Bill were wonderful to work with, and truly deliver top-notch service. I have already recommended their services to a few family members/friends, and I would be happy to do business there again myself when the lease for our Atlas runs out.
Also, the Atlas is wonderful and we are really enjoying all of the features. -

(November 20, 2018, 9:54 am)Matthew was my sales person. He was very friendly and very patient with my questions; The whole team was very helpful since I was a very special case. On the day I went to pick-up the car everything was ready in advance and the car was clean and with a full tank. I couldn't recommend more this dealership!

When i called to schedule my appointment which was only going to take around 90 minutes they offered me a loaner car so i wouldn't be without a vehicle and i didn't even purchase thd vehicle from them. Waiting area in the service department is also nice and the customer service is outstanding.
