  I wish I had found Wayne Helms and Krav Maga earlier in life. I have been to many gyms, from the DIY ones to having a personal one on one trainer. Wayne is the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever met. I started with one of the Beginner's Camps to see what Krav Maga even is. I have developed such a sense of confidence and awareness. I would recommend Elite Krav Maga Training and Fitness to anyone looking for self defense, sports training, personal training, fitness training, Wayne has it all!

  When you’re a mom of 2 under 2, working out is something you don’t think you have time for. Additionally, for the dads, the dad bod goes from a joking hashtag to #reality. I found Elite when searching for a trainer that my husband would find interesting. As a former wrestler himself, when i found Wayne and Elite, it seemed like the perfect fit. As it turns out, after trying Krav Maga and Muay Thai, we were BOTH HOOKED. Wayne and his team are supportive, motivational, and most importantly, family. From two parents who never thought they could find the time, we both now can wake up at 530am To go workout and really don’t know what to do with ourselves, when Wayne or the team are closed/gone for training seminars. Wayne is a godsend for us, the locations are fabulous and the methods he uses really keep you focused and wanting to come back. We couldn’t have found a more perfect spot and we can’t thank Wayne enough. Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Kettlebells, TRX, Wrestling/sports training: he will make you better and help you reach your goals as well as reach for a higher goal. As a former champion himself, he knows what it takes to help you also become a winner and achiever. What started out as a 1x a week workout, both my husband and i go at least 3-4x a week and wake up without the help of alarms because we look forward to our workouts so much. It’s different, inspiring, and a workout you enjoy.

  I tried the Beginner's Krav Maga Camp because I wanted a new challenge and to understand the basic tenants of self-defense. Months later, I haven't looked back. The owner, Wayne, brings decades of experience in a variety of sports, performance training, and martial art styles (e.g. - wrestling, lifting, kettle bells, Judo, Sambo, Krav Maga, etc.) and combines that with a keen coaching eye to challenge you to get better each and every session. It's a great atmosphere with people I enjoy training with multiple times a week.

  Recently started taking Krav Maga classes at Elite Fitness and have been very happy with the results. Wayne is a great instructor and I get a fantastic workout at every class. Very friendly atmosphere and great people in the classes. Highly recommended!

  Elite Krav Maga is awesome! Wayne is a great trainer who takes his time with both adults and kids and offers more than just self defense. Krav Maga training is a fantastic workout for all ages. Elite Krav Maga also offers kettlebells wrestling and other services. If you're even thinking about your own safety or the safety of your family definitely try it out. He offers one day beginner sessions and 8 week beginner sessions where you learn so much in such a short time. If you have ever thought about trying any form of self-defense sign up with Wayne and Elite Krav Maga he takes basic body reactions and teaches train responses.
