Dr. Neal Bozentka's office staff in Swarthmore are amazing. I visited the office last week for a wisdom tooth extraction and I have to admit, I was incredibly nervous, so much so, that I was unable to sleep for two nights leading up to the day. My actual appointment was with Dr. Forward, as Dr. Bozentka was booked, and I have to admit, Dr. Forward and his medical staff were incredibly kind and gently, they explained everything to me, from the x-ray procedure to what to expect after the extraction. For such a young medical staff, they were amazing. There are knowledgeable, professional, kind and considerate. Everything one should expect from a doctors' office, but far too often, we don't get. The front desk staff were amazing too. The extraction process went over without a hitch and I experienced little to no discomfort, other than what I conjured up in my head. The process was fast and I was out of there in a flash. I highly recommend this office! Thank you Dr. Forward, and I hope I'm spelling his name correctly.
