(November 30, 2018, 9:33 am)Love Doctor Chi, and the nurse Kim is absolutely amazing. We love seeing her! Not usually a long wait in the office.
Only bad part is whenever I call with a question, they put me on hold for ten minutes THEN someone tells me they are going to have a nurse call me back. I wait at my phone and don’t get a call until an hour or two later.. and always miss it???? It’s happened on more than one occasion, so I would love if they could optimize their call in system! -

(August 9, 2017, 1:55 am)Called here for a sick visit for my child to be seen right away and they were so accommodating and friendly over the phone. Just moved to the area and was looking for new pediatrics and had a bad experience somewhere else when I tried to transfer my childrens' records. They were so fast and efficient and I didn't even have to wait when I got there. Also had a great experience with Dr. Slack! I'm thrilled to have found my kids new pediatricians!
