Mr. Bathily did come into our office however he was resistant to filling out any forms, he refused to provide any insurance info, was boisterous and agitated from the onset. After our offering of a future appointment in which he would be able to pre-fill the standard forms and gather any pertinent info, he began to yell and scream during his exit.
