I came in over the weekend a week before Christmas with a broken roller on my Polar Express locomotive, not only did they attempt to fix it on the spot, they DID fix in. I tried to pay the gentleman and he said "Merry Christmas", Joe is who we dealt with on site but I can say that all of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended and will ONLY shop here for all things trains moving forward!

(November 20, 2018, 1:22 pm)One of the only train stores around anymore. That being said, they are a bit over priced on most things, but you can find deals there sometimes. I enjoy the experience of looking at the trains I buy in person. The train store is on the second floor, with a toy store/hobby shop on the first floor. Also a cool place; I would recamend taking a minute or two to explore if you have the chance.
