He gave me his personal number and texted me regularly with updates and answered any and all questions I had without making me feel like an idiot. Unlike the 5 other places I went to, he never once pressured me to buy something I couldn't afford and worked with me on the price. I'll be having him do all my jewelry work from now on he's the best, the ring came out perfect and she said yes!
