  It's exceptionally quiet 95% of the time. There are a few bad apples who don't care what time of day, they drive through the community with their music blaring..... It's clean and I definitely felt safe the 3yrs I lived there.
  
  The place is over priced. Even if you "own" your mobile home, they still charge a pet rent.... When I first rented my place, it was $749 a month. The home was 3yrs old at the time. It is now on the market for $849 for the rent!
  
  They won't tell you the amount you have towards a purchase until they run your credit IF you qualify. Otherwise, they won't disclose that.
  
  During corona shut down, they shut down the playground and didn't offer any rent forgiveness nor discount for cutting off amenities.
  
  As a place to just call home temporarily, it's fine, hence the 4 stars. I bought home in the same town and the mortgage is much cheaper than the rent I first started out with.
