Jim & his team are wonderful! I left better than when I arrived.

I've been with State Farm for 40 years and just switched offices to Jim Little's office because, in 4 decades, I never heard from my previous agent (or his successor).

When I was looking for a new agent, Thomas answered the phone and answered all my questions.

The week my coverage was transferred to Jim's office, Jim called to schedule an appointment for a review.

His team warmly greeted me when I arrived. Jim spent an ample amount of time reviewing & explaining my existing coverage and we found a gap that I wanted to fill. The end result was better coverage for the same investment.

Customer Service is exceptional !! Tom Foreacre is top notch in customer service, attention to detail and follow-up. Insurance can often be a headache - not with this agency - staff is friendly, helpful and you feel a genuine concern from each and every member of the team.
